Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since my last update. I'll work harder I promise. I have a few new things for you. First of all, last weekend Paul and Morgan attended the Arnold Expo in Columbus, OH. They demonstrated strength in different asspects of gymnastics such as the High Bar and Floor EX. Carly Patterson and Blaine Wilson were also in attendance.

Also, Paul has been nominated as a finalest for the Sullivan Award. Fans can vote for their favorite athlete by going to USA Today's website! Make sure to vote for Paul and Carly. Only one gymnast has won this award before and that was Kurt Thomas. Paul's 2000 Olympic Teammate, Sean Townsend, was nominated in 2002.
